Specifications include, but are not limited to: The New Hampshire State Department of Education (hereafter referred to as Department), Bureau of Special Education Support is seeking proposals from individuals, agencies, or organizations (hereafter referred to as Proposer(s)) to provide high-quality professional learning activities to teachers of the deaf and hard of hearing how to provide consultation, evaluation, and interpretation of assessment results to help school teams better understand the impact of the hearing loss on the student’s academic, cognitive, functional, communicative, and social-emotional development. Professional development activities and experiences must be aimed on how to choose, administer and interpret evaluations using a selection of assessment tools that focus on various areas of development including but not limited to: ASL skills (Receptive and expressive), auditory/listening comprehension skills, auditory memory skills, auditory discrimination, and selfadvocacy
