Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Vermont, Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) Dam Safety Program (DSP) is seeking proposals to provide services for the inspection and slug testing of seepage collection/dewatering wells and Outlet Conduit Filter Drain flushing/cleaning at Waterbury Dam in Waterbury, Vermont. There are a total of six seepage collection/dewatering wells at the dam, DW1 through DW6. The work on this project pertains to DW1 through DW5. It has been found that DW-6 has limited capacity and is ineffective so testing/cleaning of this well is unnecessary and not part of this project. See the attachments for location of the dam and dewatering wells. This request for proposal describes the scope of work, required contents of proposals, and the procedure and criteria for final selection of a Contractor. The available budget for this project is approximately $80,000.
