Specifications include, but are not limited to: architectural/engineering design services related torenovations of High School CTE spaces, including study, review and recommendations,schematic design, design development, final design, bidding, and contract administration.Proposals must include all architectural design costs, including all related civil, structural,mechanical & electrical engineering expenses. A fee schedule reflective of the proposedcontract values and percentages shall be based on the following phases:•Schematic Design•Design Development•Construction Document•Bidding & Negotiation•ConstructionAdditionally, all fees, anticipated reproduction costs and reimbursable expenses must berepresented within your proposal by category, in the form of a not to exceed allowance percategory.
