Specifications include, but are not limited to: Sturgis Motorcycle Rally Restrictions The Department will not allow the Contractor to work on the project from July 30, 2022 to August 14, 2022 (inclusive) without written permission from the Engineer due to the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. If the Contractor elects to work during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally Restriction timeframe, the Contractor must submit a work plan to the Engineer for review at least 7 calendar days prior to work during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally Restriction timeframe. The work plan must include, at a minimum, work access provisions which do not affect traffic. Field Work Completion The Contractor will complete the project by the October 28, 2022 field work completion date.
