Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide janitorial services for Skagway Municipal Buildings including: City Hall (700 Spring St.), AB Hall (245 Broadway), and the Skagway Public Library (769 State St.). These locations include municipal office spaces and public areas, with multiple bathroom facilities within each building. The successful Bidder will be responsible for providing the following services: • The successful bidder for janitorial services at City Hall, AB Hall, and the Skagway Public Library will be responsible for meeting the requirements for all specific cleaning directions agreed upon with the Municipality of Skagway. • It is the successful bidder’s responsibility to ensure all of their employees are aware of all conditions and requirements as outlined in the Contract and the Scope of Work documents specific to these Facilities. • It is successful bidder’s responsibility to ensure proper training of all of their employees before any services are provided.
