Specifications include, but are not limited to: The daily transportation services sought require use of a shuttle bus or school bus that meets the following minimum standards: 1. can accommodate at least twenty five (25) people at a time; 2. is lawfully registered and insured; 3. is properly inspected and maintained; 4. is kept clean inside and out; and 5. has fully functioning air conditioning and heating systems during the appropriate seasons.; The Vendor shall provide continuous round trip transportation services between St. Sahag and the Licht Judicial Complex during the set morning, early afternoon and afternoon hours.; During the set morning hours the Vendor must transport approximately eighty (80) people from the St. Sahag parking lot to the Licht Judicial Complex. During the set early afternoon and afternoon hours, the Vendor must transport those eighty (80) people back to the St. Sahag parking lot. The Vendor shall make such additional trips between the two (2) locations during the transportation hours as requested by the AOSC.; The Vendor shall provide daily transportation services each weekday during the three (3) year contract period, despite inclement weather, unless services are cancelled by the AOSC. The AOSC reserves the right to cancel daily transportation services for any reason.; If court sessions are canceled after morning hour transportation services have started, the Vendor will be compensated for the full day of services provided the Vendor concludes the day’s transportation services as directed by the AOSC (i.e., the Vendor transports persons already at the Licht Judicial Complex back to St. Sahag) even if such transport is outside the set transportation hours. Any transport services performed by the Vendor outside of the set transportation hours upon request by the AOSC due to inclement weather shall be included in the flat daily rate. If court sessions are canceled prior to the start of daily transportation services, the Vendor will not be compensated for that day’s services.
