Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.2.2 Starting from highest surface off the floor and ending with the lowest, soft-brush vacuum all horizontal surfaces, to include mop boards, window sills, trim around doors and windows, locker tops, chair rails, etc.; 1.2.3 After vacuuming, damp wipe down all horizontal surfaces – to include mop boards, window sills, trim around doors and windows, locker tops, chair rails, etc. ; 1.2.4 Trisodium phosphate (TSP) diluted per manufacturer’s specification is required for vertical surface cleaning. A two bucket method must be used for vertical areas (1 bucket with TSP solution, and 1 with clean water for rinsing).; 1.2.5 Rinse rag after each wipe, squeeze dry, and re-moisten with cleaning solution described in 1.2.4 above. Change rag and wash water after each room or 100 linear feet of surfaces; 1.2.6 After wiping down, mop floors in all designated areas (see below and attached Floor Plans): 1.2.6.1 Trisodium phosphate (TSP) or similar product - diluted per manufacturer’s specification is required for mopping. A two bucket method must be used, 1 bucket with TSP solution, and 1 with clean water for rinsing.; 1.2.6.2 Rinse mop after 100 sf, squeeze dry, and re-moisten with cleaning solution described in 1.2.6.1 above. Change mop water after each room or after 1000 SF has been cleaned. Dispose of wash and mop water at mop sink designated by POC at facility
