Specifications include, but are not limited to: the expansion of the cemetery, including, but not limited to; site work, such as grading, drainage, and landscaping. The expansion will be conducted in multiple funding cycles and development phases during the life of the design contract. The initial phase of the expansion project includes but is not limited to the following: • Expansion of its Crypts and Oversized Crypt burial area by adding 4,000 -5000 Crypts and 100 +/- Oversized Crypts. • Adding infrastructure to the property for 223 +/- acres by adding a road for expansion entrance and to reduce service interruptions, property under fencing and columns and sign along Maryland Ave. and Batesville Pike. • Improvements to water storage, irrigation, reservoir improvements, fuel storage, fencing, gravel and grass pave, grading, drainage system, health safety and welfare improvements, drainage, landscaping, wayfinding and infrastructure improvements.
