Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1.1. The system must provide comprehensive payment capabilities. Users should be able to create,approve, submit, print checks, and track payments. The solution should be capable of extracting andtransferring data with the State’s tax management system. The solution shall provide the Stateaccess to the Bidder’s technical support as well as payments software version upgrades, as theybecome available, at no further cost beyond that outlined in the contract. The Bidder’s software willbe used in conjunction with printers that the State has procured and put into service especially for thepurpose of printing checks.2.1.2. The system should be capable of producing and tracking at least 100,000 paper checks per year.2.1.3. The Bidder’s response must include the following:•The minimum requirements for the State to host the proposed solution and therequirements and costs associated with a vendor-hosted solution•A schedule and pricing, for installation, configuration, and testing of PaymentsManagement Software•A schedule and pricing for Software version upgrades•Pricing for ongoing technical Support Services Pricing and specifications for aminimum of two check designs. The State currently uses two check designs.•Requirements for operating systems and database compatibility•A named Project Manager, a Project Timeline, and a detailed description of ProjectManagement Services.
