Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Ketchikan Gateway Borough is seeking qualified provider of Architectural and Engineering Services to provide design services for new buildings and renovations at the North Tongass Fire Stations. Work at Station #6, located 7550 North Tongass Highway, will consist of a new 4,000-s.f., premanufactured metal-framed vehicle storage and maintenance building, including all required site work, plumbing and electrical to the building. Work at Station #8, located at 13110 North Tongass Highway, will consist of renovations to expand the mezzanine training space across the remaining two bays into a complete second floor, with an emphasis on accessibility, access and egress between the two levels of the facility; and construction of a 12’x12’x60’ hose tower added East of Gridline 1/B-C.
