Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. At a minimum, the box truck must include all of the following components or component equivalents approved by TSS OSP and/or TSS/M&R. B. The box truck must be new, the latest model of proven performance, and in standard production by the manufacturer at the time of delivery. C. Optional equipment must be in addition to Federal and State specifications for new vehicles. D. The box truck must contain all standard items, normally included by the manufacturer, of the year, make, and model at no extra cost. E.
