Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Assist APS Investigators with financial exploitation investigations by helping identify assets needed for the investigation, obtaining and inventorying records, examining financial records and documenting findings. In most cases, documents will be provided to the Contractor by ADSD, and ADSD will attempt to collect any other documents, which the Contractor deems necessary. 2. Conduct services as soon as possible and begin analysis not later than ten (10) working days from the date of request. 3. Provide ADSD with a full written report of the findings and conclusions no later than sixty (60) working days from the date of request. The report should include a narrative outlining the documents examined, the procedures and the findings, as well as details of the findings and supporting documentation. Timeframe may be revised upon request and mutual agreement of both parties. 4. Contractor may be subject to subpoena if a case is criminally prosecuted or the parties pursue civil proceedings. ADSD limits the ability to pay for testimony for criminal cases only. ADSD will not pay for civil cases. Payment for testimony is subject to available funds and upon prior approval of APS Chief. 5. Submit an invoice for completed reports no later than (30) working days from the date of the evaluation.
