Specifications include, but are not limited to: 5.1 The Rose City Baseball Park, North Little Rock, Arkansas has eight (8) existing light poles with 1000 Watt Metal Halide lights installed approximately fifty (50) feet high on each pole. The bidder is required to make connections at each pole in a vendor supplied junction box at the top of each pole and at the scoreboard. Install the lighting so it can be controlled by a single switch.; 5.2 Bidder will build a 400 AMP service for the lights and scoreboard.; 5.3 Bidder is responsible for trenching and running conduit to each pole.; 5.4 Bidder shall install appropriate sized conductors and switches for eight (8) poles and one (1) scoreboard according to NEC.; 5.5 Contractor shall dispose properly of any trash, etc. incurred due to this project.; 5.6 THE CITY IS PROVIDING THE EIGHT POLES, LIGHTS AND SCOREBOARD SO DO NOT INCLUDE THESE ITEMS IN YOUR PRICE.; 5.7 THE CITY IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR AIMING THE LIGHTS SO EXCLUDE THIS FROM YOUR PRICE.; 5.8 Work must be completed no later than forty five (45) days after the Contract is executed. Inclement weather will be taken into consideration.; 5.9 Bidder is responsible for all equipment necessary to connect the lights and scoreboard, trench for the conduit, etc.; 5.10 Contractor will be responsible for obtaining an electrical permit from the city.; 5.11 The City will be responsible for marking the ground.; 5.12 Contractor will be responsible for making certain everything is working at the end of the job, but is only responsible for what is included in the bid.
