Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following Preventative maintenance services shall include the following at a minimum: 1. Test the auto-reverse feature. 2. Inspect overhead door opener for proper operation. 3. Adjust openers up and down force sensitivity. 4. Inspect drive chain/belt and tighten as needed. 5. Lubricate drive train and sprockets. 6. Inspect tracks and alignments. 7. Inspect safety mechanisms (photo sensors, pressure tubes); Must be able to service all Overhead Door Manufacturers and models that pricing is submitted for. Vendor must offer break-fix services on units not covered by a preventative maintenance agreement. Services shall include: • The Vendor shall provide a 7x24x365 telephone support number for problem intake and assessment with a two (2) hour call back response. • A 7x24x365 emergency repair service with a four (4) hour on-site response is required. A technician must be on-site within four (4) hours of call-back. • Parts replacement should be completed within two (2) business days unless other arrangements have been made with the State. • Non-emergency scheduled repairs may be arranged at the convenience of the parties. • At the State’s discretion, upon diagnosis of an Overhead Door problem by the Vendor’s technician, the Vendor shall provide a quote for repair services within four (4) business hours. • Break-fix services shall cover the replacement of defective parts, as required. • No travel, shipping or disposal charges may be added to the price of Overhead Door replacement parts.
