Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Upgrade and refresh audio/visual/video technology for the Mobile Emergency Operations Center (MEOC), to replace the old layout and components. 2. Purchase and install upgraded digital audio and video associated equipment, materials, and software, to include but not limited to: a. Video Monitors, all internet capable (smart) in OLED when possible, 1080P or 4K resolution, either exact size replacements or the near equivalent. i. Main monitors (Qty. 4), 36” across, 43” diagonal, with cameras and microphones for A/V web conferencing, such as zoom, MS Teams. ii. Front monitors (Qty.2), 20.5” across, 13” diagonal iii. Rear monitors (Qty.2), 8.5” across, 13” diagonal iv. Computer monitors (Qty. 2), 14” across, 18” diagonal v. Computer monitors (Qty 2), 13” across, 17” diagonal b. External Pelco brand camera, model ES6230‐15P‐RWUS i. Associated 24VAC Power Supply, WCS1‐4 Series ii. Camera pedestal mount PM2010, and EPP model adapter plate iii. Cat 5E or better cabling c. Digital video / audio switching unit capable of 16 x 16 A/V channels d. Rack mounted Cisco LAN Router 8300 or better supporting 16 VOIP phones and 16 work stations. e. Rack mounted Server, small business type, two socket, IE Dell Power Edge R440 / R540, Cisco C240 or better. f. Digital Interface ports, HDMI, LAN, USB 3.1 and 3.0 ports, AC plug power, and cabling / wiring for a small 6 seat conference table. g. Rack mounted APC brand or better power supply units.
