Specifications include, but are not limited to: Ensuring Applicants and Participants are assessed at the local level by the LAA; Assisting rental assistance program Participants in locating, securing, and establishing safe and decent housing; Assisting in the arrangement and the provision of mainstream resources, and Supportive Services; Encouraging Participants to access necessary resources to increase their income through programs such as SOAR; Assisting Participants in locating and securing employment and employment training; Providing Participants resources to gain access to educational opportunities; Assisting Participants with enrollment in health home programs, engagement with primary care providers, and mental health care.
