Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The private auditors must gain a sufficient understanding of NBC’s processes and internal controls in order to properly determine the work that must be performed as part of the audit. The auditors must plan the audit procedures and processes to effectively and efficiently complete the audit. 2. The basic financial statements to be presented, audited, and reported upon by the private auditors shall be identified and shall include, but not be limited to, the Statement of Net Position, Statement of Revenues, Expenses and Changes in Net Position and Statement of Cash Flows. 3.
