Specifications include, but are not limited to: cleaning twenty-three (23) Pump Stations one time then providing on-call or requested services as needed. The pricing for the initial cleaning shall be lump sum for all twenty-three (23) locations. A separate bid item is provided for the final disposal of material on a per-ton basis. Lastly, the pricing for on-call services should either be per-hour or per-day; A list of the twenty-three (23) Pump Stations is included as Attachment C. Some wet well entries are inside the pump station buildings, while the majority have outside hatches or independent wet wells. Access constraints may require different size equipment, longer hoses and the like to provide the services as required. It is each bidder’s responsibility to inform itself of such constraints and consider those when submitting a bid.; The successful bidder shall clean grease, grit and rags that have accumulated. Contractor shall be responsible for all confined space entries.
