Specifications include, but are not limited to: install publicly accessible EV charging stations within the City of Moscow. The City is seeking funding through the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment Program (funded through the Volkswagen Settlement). ; • Design and preparation of plans and specifications for the proposed location(s) per CITY standards; • Coordination with all applicable agencies to obtain necessary permits; • Coordination with Avista Utilities on any new power feeds, transformer and meter installations required; • Ensuring all work is conducted by contractors holding all necessary State of Idaho licenses as public works contractors qualified for the work necessary for the installation of the EV charging stations; • Securing and complying with CITY encroachment and building and/or electrical permits necessary for the EV charging station installations; • Installation of electrical conduits and electric connection to supply power for the complete installation and operation of the EV chargers;
