Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall use truck mounted equipment to water blast and remove excess rubber from specified areas of the high- speed track. Specified areas are; the “ESS” turn incorporating turn 1, turn 2, hill turn, turn 3 and turn 4. Total of approximately 200,000 square feet. B. Actual service may vary from 50,000 square feet to 200,000 square feet per service. C. Contractor shall use truck mounted equipment to vacuum water and debris from track during/after rubber removal. D. Contractor shall complete rubber removal annually or as needed. E. Contractor shall not damage asphalt surface on track. In the event asphalt is damaged due to Contractor’s negligence by using extreme water pressure, or poor workmanship, Contractor shall be responsible for reimbursing the State for necessary repairs.
