Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project consists of the replacement of one (1) exterior door and four (4) interior doors. A. Contractor shall evaluate the five (5) identified doors and related components to determine the requirements for replacement. B. Contractor will remove the four (4) existing doors and replace with new wood doors. C. Contractor will remove the rear entrance door and frame and replace with new metal door and frame, fire rated with window, hand and kick plates. D. Contractor shall properly label doors and meet all code requirements. E. A final inspection will be performed to ensure the proper doors were installed per the specifications. 1) Rear entrance door – Fire rated with window, hand and kick plates. 2) Sergeant’s office – Wood door. 3) Special Duty – Wood door. 4) Admin Sergeant’s office – Wood door. 5) Office Manager’s office – Wood door
