Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Lockout and tagout all necessary electrical connections.; B. Disconnect existing electrical and condensate connections.; C. Remove existing HVAC units and disconnect from all electrical and condensate lines.; D. Properly dispose of HVAC units off site and/or recycle whenever possible.; E. Provide crane for removal of old HVAC units and placement of new HVAC units.; F. Provide testing of all new HVAC units once installed to ensure it is functioning properly.; G. Seal all duct work connections and install mounting hardware.; H. Furnish and install new outHVAC disconnect with new wire and conduit as needed.; I. Properly dispose of any debris, packing and equipment as per County regulations, and ensure that area is clean and in a safe condition at all times.; J. Contractor is responsible for all fees, permits, licenses, bonds, and all costs to complete the project.; K. Provide manufacturer’s product warranty at completion of project as well as warranty workmanship for a period of one (1) year.; L. All material and supplies to be provided by vendor.; M. Contractor shall remove all debris, including packaging material from the job site on a daily basis
