If equivalent is used, printer will communicate with MSU and provide sample before printing. Identify paper stock being bid: _____________________ Prepress: MSU to provide digital files ready for output to proof on or before June 15th. Vendor to provide to MSU color accurate proof (trimmed and folded to specification). Additional hourly rate for prepress charges and scans, if required. Not included in cost calculation. Press Run: Four process colors on all pages. Bleeds. First-class workmanship and hairline registration are required throughout. Any produced, printed items not meeting high-quality standards for registration and consistent ink saturation shall be rejected. Bindery: Saddle Stitch Schedule/Proofs: Upon receipt of electronic files, vendor will produce and ship color accurate proofs within 10 days. MSU to approve proofs within 3-5 days; revisions to final output may be required. Completed books (proofed, printed and finished) to be available for shipment within four weeks from receipt of approved final proof. Printer will provide regular updates of the printing process and will notify Montana State University print manager immediately if delays or changes occur.
