Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Municipality is seeking a Consultant with expertise in public outreach, meeting and focus group facilitation, electronic public communication such as social media, and comment documentation, compilation and analysis. In particular, the consultant will directly engage with historically under-represented members of the greater community that are differently abled, younger households, lower income households, lower-wage employees, new Americans, BIPOC, LGBTQ+, non-native English speakers, and transit dependent to organize meetings, solicit comments, and otherwise obtain input. Outreach will inform the selection of a design for the development of the East-West Alternative Transportation Crossing over I-89 at Williston Road (a new pedestrian/bicycle bridge over I-89 south of Exit 14).
