Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1. Contractor shall provide all qualified personnel, transportation, equipment, replacement parts, tools and supplies necessary to perform maintenance and repair services as required on the following generator in use at ITS: 2.1.1. Cummings 1Mw Generator, Model CU OTECE, S/N A17M136607 2.2. If the above generator is replaced during the term of this contract, or if any additional generators are acquired by ITS at other state agency locations, those generators shall be eligible for services under this agreement. 2.3. Generators shall be maintained or repaired to meet the manufacturer’s recommended performance standards. 2.4. Background: ITS is an agency providing IT service to Idaho State Agencies across Idaho. The generator serviced by this contract provides backup utility power to ITS’ data center in the instance main utility power fails. Therefore, proper maintenance and repair of this generator is essential in ensuring IT services to all State of Idaho agencies.
