Specifications include, but are not limited to: expand parking at the Moscow Woods Paddlers Access area. The area proposed for the additional parking borders a mapped wetland and FPR would like to identify the portions of the wetland boundary that would affect the project. FPR is seeking proposals from qualified wetlands consultants to assist with wetlands delineation and possible permitting for the project. The wetlands consulting services will include wetlands identification and delineation within the extents of the defined project boundary. The services shall also include compiling and assisting FPR with the VT Dept. of Environmental Conservation’s (DEC) Wetlands permit application and Army Corps permits, shall the project encroach on the wetland’s boundary and/or buffer. This will require consulting and coordination with DEC’s Wetlands section, FPR, and DEC’s Agency Facilities Engineering (AFE) section.
