Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough (MSB) is requesting bids from interested contractors to refinish cedar siding on all four sides of Station 2-1, all four sides of the fuel house and the exterior surfaces along with the existing two stack-housing units on the roof of the Bud Barnhart Public Safety Building. In addition, the Station 2-1 Annex Building will be re-stained as specified herein. Station is 2-1 located at mile 10.5 on the Old Glenn Highway. Exterior color schemes will match existing to include walls, doors, door and window frames and trim, soffits, fascia and other trim details. The exterior trim materials have not been painted in several years and will require preparation work as established in the specification. The Contractor must be properly licensed and insured to work on Borough projects.
