Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Fort Peck Tribes is requesting Data collection and project evaluation and Social media marketing, for (3) multi-year grant from SAMHSA, I H S, and Montana Health Care Foundation. Fort Peck Tribes Medication Assisted Treatment, Community Opioid Initiative Pilot Project, Montana Health Care Foundation, Tribal Opioid Response Grants. Items of need: 1. External evaluator- the evaluator will direct and coordinate the performance assessment requirements and the local evaluation efforts. Using a community-based participatory approach, the evaluator will be responsible for developing the procedures, protocols and methods to assist program staff in the process and products required in the grant activities. Evaluators will include policy makers, family members and agency professionals while incorporating culturally and linguistically diverse youth and family members in multiple activities of the evaluation. The evaluator will be well grounded in community-based participatory research approaches, and will possess expertise in program evaluation, measurement, and research methodology. 2.
