Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide candy products and delivery service for Concession operations in the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse and Bobcat Football Stadium; Theatre- and King-sized Candy is sold at Concessions Stand window kiosks at events held in the Stadium and Fieldhouse, 40 points of sale total. Example events include: college athletic competitions (football, men’s & women's basketball, volleyball, indoor track), multi-day high school athletic tournaments, concerts, indoor rodeos, pow wows, theatre series, convocations, commencements, and other special events. Typically, Concessions serves food and candy at around 75 events per year, largely scheduled around an academic calendar. Current candy flavors include: Peanut M&M’s, Licorice and Licorice Nibs, Gummies, Sour Gummies, Sour Patch Kids, Swedish Fish, Skittles, Dots, Junior Mints, Nerds and other rotating candies as needed. Ample notice is provided when ordering these candies, which are to be delivered to the respective location, received and signed for by an approved MSU employee, and credited for damaged/missing/short dated cases.
