Specifications include, but are not limited to: Dock Installation: 1. Unlock and unchain sections. Move all sections and railings from storage area behind Boathouse to grassy area at the top of the boat ramp. Return chain and locks to arena staff. Dock pins are located inside the Everett Arena, check with arena staff.; 2. Inspect all sections and billets for damage, notify Arena Manager of any needed repairs.; 3. Perform any repair work needed to launch and safely use the docks as requested by the Arena Manager.; 4. Inspect river bottom near anchor points, move or remove any sharp objects.; 5. Set and anchor each section according to plan. Use new ¼” x 1 ¼” stainless steel round head bolts (5) and Nylock nuts.; 6. Set and attach ramp according to plan. Use new ¼” x 1 ¼” stainless steel bolts (2) and Nylock nuts.; 7. Attach railing sections according to plan.; 8. Notify arena staff when work is complete.; Dock Removal: 1. Disassemble railings and remove; 2. Disassemble ramp and dock sections and remove from river; 3. Pressure wash all sections and billets.; 4. Inspect all sections and billets for damage, notify arena manager of any needed repairs.; 5. Move all sections, ramp and railing to storage area behind boat house.; 6. Stack neatly using 4x4 blocking between each section; 7. Return dock pins to arena staff for storage; 8. Retrieve chain from arena and chain and padlock all sections and railings together.; 9. Notify arena staff when work is complete.
