Specifications include, but are not limited to: Supply all materials, equipment, and labor for various drywall repairs, painting, and baseboard installation at the Breeden Firehall Building. This project consists of two (2) schedules, one (1) for Interior work, and one (1) for Exterior work. Clean-up and disposal of all contractor’s refuse Equipment as needed to complete work Temporary protection of existing wall-mounted finishes to remain onsite (TBD with onsite visit) Remove all wall items no longer needed (TBD with onsite visit) Install wood baseboard trim where missing Replace vinyl baseboard trim where needed Clean and prep walls and ceilings to receive new paint Patch and repair drywall on walls and ceiling Paint all drywall walls and ceilings (drywall/plywood) with oil-based paint Paint all wall mounted conduits, Unistrut, etc. that had been previously painted Paint all interior doors and trim Paint all interior window trim Paint interior side of exterior doors Paint all wood base trim
