Specifications include, but are not limited to: A single concrete retaining wall is approximately 200ft in length and 12-16 feet in height (ranging from west to east.) This wall is situated at the northernmost portion of Pleasant Street. This wall is owned by the Cornerstone Corporation (6 George Street) but is accessible from the Pleasant Street Public right of way. This wall is highly visible from public sidewalks, public roadways, and partially visible from Interstate 95 southbound traffic. Please note that the above referenced dimensions are estimates and should not be utilized for proposal design purposes. The entirety of the concrete wall will be painted as part of this scope of work. The selected artist is responsible for managing and delivering: 1. Mural wall preparation including, but not limited to: cleaning, patching, and priming 2. Completion of painted mural on entire concrete portion of retaining wall using high quality and durable paint/material that is appropriate for long-term outdoor exposure 3. Sealing all mural work with protective and graffiti resistant material that is appropriate for long-term outdoor exposure
