Specifications include, but are not limited to: Excavating approximately 2’ below bottom of pavement section, 40’ wide for approximately 5,400 lineal feet on South Pahrump Valley Boulevard from East Gamebird Road to East Manse Road. Scarified, moisture conditioned to at least the optimum moisture content, and compacted to at least 90 percent of the maximum dry density as per attached Geo Report. Additional removal down to competent material may be needed based on observations in the field by geotechnical consultant. • Excavating approximately 2’ below bottom of pavement section, 30’ wide for approximately 5,410 lineal feet on South Pahrump Valley Boulevard from East Manse Road to 100 feet South of East Thousandaire Boulevard. Scarified, moisture conditioned to at least the optimum moisture content, and compacted to at least 90 percent of the maximum dry density as per attached Geo Report. Additional removal down to competent material may be needed based on observations in the field by geotechnical consultant. • Placement of new imported structural fill 24” as per attached Geo Report, 40’ wide for approximately 5,400 lineal feet on South Pahrump Valley Boulevard from East Gamebird Road to East Manse Road.
