Specifications include, but are not limited to: janitorial services at multiple rental properties located in Anchorage Alaska, in support of CIHA’s mission to provide affordable housing; 1. JANITORIAL STAFF 1.1 Personnel - Personnel employed by the Contractor shall be competent, trustworthy and properly trained for the work requirements, and full cooperation shall be expected and required at all times. Contractor shall notify the Senior Manager of Rental Properties immediately in writing of all changes on contract personnel by submitting name and address of employee and effective date of employment or termination. 1.2 Employee List - The Contractor shall provide to the Senior Manager of Rental Properties an accurate list of all personnel who have any relationship to work performed within the scope of this contract, prior to the employee starting work. List data shall indicate personnel by building(s) in which they are assigned to work, and must include full names, and aliases. Changes to the list shall be reported, in writing, to the Senior Manager of Rental Properties within one working day. Employees terminated by the Contractor shall be reported the same day to the Senior Manager of Rental Properties, unless it is after hours, then the next business morning shall be acceptable. 1.3 Backup Staff - The Contractor shall provide sufficient backup staff to cover absenteeism. The backup staff shall adhere to the same requirements as regular staff.
