Specifications include, but are not limited to: Montana State Culinary Services Division is seeking proposals for kitchen exhaust system cleaning throughout the MSU-Bozeman Culinary Services Division areas. Cleaning shall include removing combustible contaminants in all hoods, grease removal devices, blowers, fans, rooftop fans, ducts and ductwork and other appurtenances in the MSU-Bozeman Culinary Services Division areas. ; Regular cleaning of professional kitchen exhaust systems shall provide reduced risk of kitchen fires, enhanced working environment for kitchen staff, improved ventilation for smoke and odor removal, lower insurance premiums offered by some insurance companies, and provide compliance with local and national fire and health codes
