Printed so that the license portion of the decal can be secured on the inside of glass window and read from the outside. • Overall Size: 2-5/8" x 4-1/2". Includes 1/2" stub at top. • Perforations: Perforated at the 1/2" stub • Cutting: Die cut around license image to backing, not through. • Ink: o All bidders to furnish color chart. o Printed front and back. Four-color process on adhesive side. Black, white and tan ink on non-adhesive side. o All printing to be sun-fast inks. o Ink must not wash off or run if wiped with window cleaner. • Printing: o Artwork for adhesive side of license section supplied by Game, Fish and Parks. o Vendor to do typesetting for remaining sections. See attached example of 2022 decal. The non-adhesive side of the license section should be flooded with white ink. On the non-adhesive side of the license section, each decal must have “Expires May 19, 2024” in 10-point Arial font and the unique serial number printed in 18-point Arial font. Black ink. Serial number to be consecutively numbered beginning with 00001 through run to 60000. Coupon section flood coated with tan – close to pantone color #4505. Text in this section printed with white ink. Coupon includes the same serial number as the number printed in the license section.
