Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Payroll set‐up for approximately 26 Vermont ECO AmeriCorps members ; 2. Biweekly payroll processing. • Provide online access for member self‐service, including capabilities to view current payroll information, history, address changes, direct deposit changes, and federal and state tax exemptions. • Provide customer support to DEC and members. 3. Expense reimbursement • Process bi-weekly expense reimbursement for members following periodic (member submittal of expense reimbursement on forms developed by DEC). 4. Tax Filing • Calculate, deposit, file and reconcile federal, state, and local payroll taxes. • Provide online tax filing reports that are updated with each payroll processing. 5. New Hire Reporting • Automatically register all newly enrolled members within a 7-day timeframe. 6. Reports • Provide bi‐weekly payroll reports and end of year W-2s for members
