Specifications include, but are not limited to: Specifically, the R.I.M. improvements consist of: installation of above-ground / in-pavement guard lights at various taxiway and runway intersections, installation of taxiway centerline lights, installation of Runway Status Lights (RWSL's), resetting of existing and installation of new airfield directional signage, grading and earthwork, demolition of existing Portland Concrete Cement (PCC) and Asphalt Cement (AC) airfield pavement, reconstruction of PCC and AC airfield pavements, remarking of expansive pavement areas and airfield taxiway geometric changes. The runway rehabilitation component of the work includes existing PCC pavement spall repair, removal and replacement of runway joint filler material, isolated PCC pavement panel replacement, and miscellaneous pavement repairs.
