Specifications include, but are not limited to: Deliver meals to eligible participants, as defined in NewHampshire Administrative Rules He-E 501 and He-E 502, whodemonstrate that they have limited capacity to prepare theirown meals, have limited ability to leave their residence, or areunable to consume meals at a congregate setting due tophysical, emotional, or mental health difficulties or limiteddesire for social interactions.Comply with applicable provisions of federal regulations andstate laws on the safe and sanitary handling of food, equipmentand supplies used in the storage, preparation, service anddelivery of meals.Accept referrals from Adult Protective Services (APS), andprioritize service to participants referred by APS.
