You may request information on the work completed. 4.1.2 Software must be able to automate WV DEP’s client server software named Environmental Resource Information System (ERIS). 4.1.2.1 Software must be able to select drop-down menus. 4.1.2.2 Software must be able to select popup menu windows. 4.1.2.3 Software must be able to select task bar buttons via image recognition. 4.1.2.4 Software must be able to read information in text boxes and drop-down lists. 4.1.2.5 Software must be able to write information into text boxes, date boxes and number boxes. 4.1.2.6 Software must have internal variables able to carry information from ERIS to ESS and back. 4.1.3 Software must be able to automate WV DEP’s web application software named Environmental Submission System (ESS). 4.1.3.1 Software must be able to navigate the menus and enter search criteria from ERIS into ESS to find applications for permits based on information gained from ERIS. 4.1.3.2 Software must be able to navigate the application menus of the application found to retrieve information to enter into ERIS. 4.1.4 Software must have a monitoring and reporting system to show the work Accomplished, status, and any errors of automations. 4.1.5 Vendor must provide software licenses for five (5) automated computers; Four (4) attended and one (1) unattended of E-Manager Console Automation Software or equal. 4.1.6 Vendor must provide three (3) software licenses of Techforce.ai RPA Studio or Equal. 4.1.7 Vendor must provide all licenses for one (1) year with four (4), optional one (1) year renewals.
