Specifications include, but are not limited to: one-time purchase to renew licenses for Magnet Axiom, or Equal; 3.1.1.1 The Vendor must provide a quantity of one (1) renewal license for Magnet Axiom, Item#: 1B218, or Equal. 3.1.1.2 The Vendor must provide renewal license for the Agency’s existing Magnet Axiom; an on-premises digital investigative software solution that allows them to analyze digital evidence recovered from smartphones, computers, and the cloud. 3.1.1.3 The Vendor’s renewal license for Magnet Axiom, or Equal must continue to provide software maintenance and support services. 3.1.1.3.1 The Vendor must provide support coverage by telephone, online, and email Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM (excluding state and federal holidays) for troubleshooting technical issues with 24-hour response time.
