Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Health Department is seeking an agency to serve as a media purchasing partner. This is for a grant-funded partnership under the City of New Haven’s Advancing Health Literacy to Enhance Equitable Community Responses to COVID-19 initiative. This initiative seeks to demonstrate the effectiveness of evidence-based health literacy strategies that are culturally appropriate to enhance COVID-19 testing, contact tracing, and/or other mitigation measures in racial and ethnic minority populations and other socially vulnerable populations. The media purchasing partner will be responsible for planning, purchasing, and analyzing media (design and creative will be provided by a separate PR firm). Media must be specific to New Haven (e.g., must include New Haven local TV channels, radio stations, newspapers) and must be provided in both English and Spanish.
