Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Hold a virtual 4-hour refresher training for up to 15 adult education and literacy staff in April or May (preferred) of 2022; 2. Collaborate with assigned Vermont Agency of Education staff to plan logistics, agenda for the training, and develop participant evaluation forms; 3. Provide electronic training materials for up to 15 participants; 4. Administer electronic participant evaluation forms at the end of the training; and 5. Materials developed shall follow regulations of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (508) and be formatted according to the State of Vermont branding standards. Deliverables 1. Collaborate with Vermont Agency of Education staff to plan logistics prior to the training date; 2. Make all virtual training arrangements; 3. Electronically deliver training materials to participants and to the Vermont Agency of Education prior to training date; 4. Deliver one virtual refresher for up to 15 participants; 5. Provide copies of completed participant evaluation forms and evidence of participants’ successful completion to Vermont Agency of Education staff.
