Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Dig Safe coordination, and communication with utility companies as required; • Protection and avoidance of underground utilities, if needed; • Provide traffic control as needed to deliver and remove equipment, materials, supplies, and waste; • Vegetation removal and disposal, as described on the Plans; • Grubbing and stockpile of existing topsoil; • Site grading and import of clean fill material, as needed; • Construction of masonry wall, as described on the Plans; • Installation of new plantings, as described on the Plans; • Topsoil, seed, and fertilize all proposed grass areas; • Irrigation of grass as needed to achieve full growth; • Construction layout; • Clean and leave job site in a professional manner; • All areas need to be verified by the proposer; • Removal and disposal of all waste materials; • All communication, scheduling and coordination with BTV and; • Provide 1-year labor and materials warranty on all plantings (grass excepted); • Tree Removal and Tree Protection
