Specifications include, but are not limited to: Ada County is requesting proposals from organizations that can provide dental third-party administration (TPA) services for the County’s employee self-funded dental program. Ada County intends to award a contract for services that include dental claims administration and network access. These TPA services must be provided beginning October 1, 2022, with Open Enrollment to begin in August 2022. Proposals for medical claims administration services are being requested separately, in RFP 22032 Ada County Medical TPA. Ada County will review proposals from organizations that can provide all of the requested services as explained below. Only organizations licensed to do business in Idaho will be considered. After the initial contract, which ends on September 30, 2023, there will be one-year renewal options for up to five (5) years.
