Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide data collection, analysis, and research services for a statewide study of preschool services (Deliverable 1) that will inform the remainder of the activities and deliverables of the RFP. The objectives are a singular study of South Dakota’s early education (preschool ages 3-5) services which may be used as a guide and rationale to determine next steps. Activities the Consultant will provide include: • Planning and conducting a foundational study of preschool services • Data collection, organization, and cleaning • Data analysis, interpretation, and visualization • Analyzing and reporting the results as a “State of the State” • Assistance in defining high quality preschool.
