Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The "Project" of which the "Work" of this Contract is a part, is titled HVAC Replacement Phase II of Midway High School for Midway ISD and is composed of disconnecting and removing existing geothermal heat pump units and installing new geothermal heat pump and package rooftop units located in Waco, Texas. 2. The "Work" of this Contract is titled Midway High School HVAC Replacement Phase II and is defined in the Contract Documents to include, but not necessarily to be limited to: a. Demolition of existing geothermal heat pumps, b. Installation of new package rooftop units, c. Installation of new geothermal heat pumps, d. Reconnection of existing utilities to new units.
