The program should include: universal screeners, diagnostics, progress monitoring, and interventions built on sound psychometric and thorough research. The program should provide the following: 1. A universal screener to evaluate student general mathematical knowledge; 2. A diagnostic to evaluate specific skill/concept development to support intervention decisions; 3. Skill-based reporting capabilities that give educators essential information on students’ academic progress and growth; 4. Instructional planning tools and embedded resources to help teachers decide how to use their data in the regular classroom; 5. Teacher-directed lessons that address individual student math needs; 6. A process of measurement and intervention to help students reach proficiency over time; 7. Supports the development of conceptual understanding; 8. Supports the development of a growth mindset in mathematics; 9. Embedded professional development for educators; 10. The program should align with the Texas state standards
