Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide a new electric domestic water heating system with thermostatic mixing valve, hot water recirculation pump, expansion tank, storage tanks (2), and water heaters (4). Remove and provide new domestic hot & cold water and hot water recirculation piping as shown on drawings. Remove existing domestic water heaters and associated electrical (with the exception of the tank in the detached shed). 2. Remove existing sink faucets as shown to be replaced with 2.2 gallon per minute faucets. 3. Provide new handwashing (2) and mop (1) sinks as shown in drawings. 4. Remove three 3-bay sinks and replace with two new 3-bay sinks. 5. Provide a new kitchen hood exhaust system including: kitchen hood, exhaust fan, roof curb, roof opening, structural support, rated exhaust grease duct, duct insulation, controls, hood fire suppression system, light fixtures, and gas valve.
