This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 319th Contracting Flight at 295 Steen Blvd, Bldg. 242, and Grand Forks AFB, ND 58205-6222 intends to acquire water utility services in support of Cavalier Air Force Station, ND for a ten (10) year period (01 August 2018 - 31 July 20128) in accordance with the attached specifications.
This acquisition is set to be awarded on a single source basis to Northeast Regional Water District (NRWD) 13532 Hwy 5, Cavalier, ND 58220.
